Abstract
The Ordinance bans the trade of fish, molluscs, crustaceans and derived products imported from Brasil. Article 4 sets out the penalties in case of violation.
Furthermore, the Ordinance amends the Ordinance on certain foodstuffs from Ecuador and Columbia of 14 February 1992. It adds a paragraph concerning authorization for trade in fish and fish products. Finally, the Ordinance amends the Ordinance on certain foodstuffs from Peru of 2 October 1991 adding a paragraph on authorization of trade in fish and fish products. The authorization is not necessary if fish has been caught by EU-member countries. The Ordinance is composed of 4 articles.
