Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Atomic Energy Act of 31 October 1976 (BGBl. I p. 3053). In particular, article 1 lists the various authorities responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of pursuit and correction of irregularities and infringements under the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 2 articles.
