Abstract
The present Ordinance establishes the specific competence of the various authorities and offices dealing with control of trade in food, tobacco products, cosmetics and other objects of daily use. Part III outlines the offices responsible for monitoring the circulation of products under the Federal Wine Act of 8 July 1994. The text consists of 5 Parts.
