Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register of 15 October 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned EC Regulation. The text consists of ? articles as follows: Environment and Occupational Health State Office (1); Mining Authority Saarbrücken (2); Upper Mining Authority of the Saarland (3); Ministry of the Environment (4); Federal Environment Agency (5); Engry into force, repeal (6).
