Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to concession royalties and extraction charges in the mining industry. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Provisions on collection and payment as well as establishment of market value (I); Provisions on special minerals (II); Penalties and entry into force (III).
