Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 2007/33/EC on the control of potato cyst nematodes and repealing Directive 69/465/EEC of 11 June 2007. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to emergency measures to prevent the spread of potato diseases. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Measures to control potato cyst nematodes (2); Measures to control potato cyst nematodes (3); Final provisions (4). Two Annexes are enclosed.
