Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 98/57/EC on the control of Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. of 20 July 1998. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to emergency measures to prevent the spread of the afore-mentioned disease. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: General protective measures (1); Special protective measures in case of disease outbreak (2).
