Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Ecological Production Act of 7. December 2008 (BGBl. I p. 2358). Article 1 establishes that the Agriculture, Food Safety and Fisheries Office shall be responsible for the efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Act. Article 2 specifies that the Ministry of Agriculture, the Environment and Consumer Protection is authorized to issue related legal provisions. The text consists of 3 articles.
