Abstract
This Ordinance is enacted for enforcement of Sections 6 & 7 of the Fuel Emissions Trading Act 2019 with regard to monitoring plan, determination and reporting of fuel emissions for the period from 2023 to 2030. The text provides requirements for monitoring, determination and reporting of the fuel emissions that should be submitted by the responsible party within determined deadline. The monitoring report should correspond to the principles of completeness, data consistency and integrity. The text attachments provide table and records on methods for calculation of the fuel emissions quantities, biomass share, consideration of the share of liquid or gaseous renewable fuels, data management and control system and required declarations, information and evidence to be provided by the fuel supplying company in accordance to the EU emissions trading regulations for deduction of fuel emission quantities. The text consists of 20 Articles divided into 5 Sections as follow: General Provision (1); Monitoring Plan (2); Monitoring and Determination of Fuel Emissions; Emission Reporting (3); Data Management and Data Control (4); and Final Provisions.
