Abstract
The present Ordinance establishes the National Park“Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft“.” Article 2 lays down provisions relating to surface description and specific demarcation of the National Park. In particular, the aim of the Park is to protect the Pomeranian Bodden Landscape, the preservation of their special nature, beauty and originality. The functioning of ecosystems in the landscape of the Bodden - undisturbed by human interventions - shall also be promoted. Furthermore, the National Park serves to restore the efficiency of the nature balance altered by human intervention ensuring the variety of flora and fauna. The text consists of 12 articles as follows: Establishment (1); Surface description and demarcation (2); Purpose of protection (3); Protected zones (4); Instructions (5); Prohibitions (6); Exceptions (7); Exemptions (8); Understanding with administration (9); Compensation for usage limitation (10); Priority given to this Ordinance (11); Penalties (12); Final provisions (13).
