The present Ordinance implements article 20 of the Federal Nature Protection Act (BGBl. I p. 889) in the version of 12 March 1987. Article 1 lists species of birds which may be hunted notwithstanding of article 20f of the said Act concerning provisions for specially protected and certain other species of fauna and flora. The text consists of 2 articles.
