According to the Environmental Information Law of 2 March 2007 fees shall have to be levied for certain information concerning the environment. The amount of fees is laid down in the enclosed Annex. If there are more than one information requested, fees shall not exceed the amount of Euro 500. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex.
