Abstract
The present Ordinance implements article 11 the Combined Heat and Power Act of 19 March 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1092). Article 1 establishes that for official acts on behalf of the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control fees shall be charged, in particular in respect of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 4 articles.
