Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Fishery Law of Hessen of 19 December 1990. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to control of fisheries in Hessen. The text – consisting of 5 articles – deals with the following aspects: nomination of surveyors, their tasks, duties and powers, professional qualifications, preparatory course, vocational training, identification documents and badges.
