Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of the Aircraft Noise Act in its version of 31 October 2007 (BGBl. I p. 2551). In particular, as a result of a detailed study, the Ordinance establishes new noise protection zones (two in the daytime and one at night). The text consists of 7 articles and 1 Annex.
