Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Hessen Forest Law in its version of 10 September 2002. Article 1 specifies that a forest conservation charge shall be established. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Principle (1); Competence, proceedings (2); Establishment of forest conservation tax (3); Use and management of forest conservation tax (4); Entry into force, expiry (5).
