Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Act on the common market organization and direct payments of 31. August 1972 (BGBl. I p. 1617). In particular, article 2 establishes that the Agriculture and Food Agency is entrusted with the execution of the present Ordinance. The text – consisting of 9 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, competent authorities, drafting of contracts, granting of subsidies, form of contracts, registration and conservation requirements, toleration and participation duties and entry into force.
