This ordinance aims to enhance the transparency and monitoring of food quality by establishing clear assessment criteria and evaluations to ensure that food business operators comply with the necessary standards. The ordinance comprises of 5 Articles and 3 Annexes and provides for implication of the Food Inspection Transparency Barometer by the food business operators, the assessment and inspection procedures, and graphically visualising the inspection result.
