Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Aircraft Noise Act of 31 October 2007 (BGBl. I p. 2551). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the designation of authorities responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in Hamburg. The text consists of 5 articles.
