Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Common Fruit and Vegetable Implementation Ordinance of 16 June 2008 (BGBl. I p. 1082). In particular, the Ordinance designates competent authorities responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Ordinance in the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
