Abstract
Article 1 of the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Waste Disposal Storage Ordinance of 20 February 2001 (BGBl. I p. 305). In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 5 dealing with the inspection of waste to detect hazard substances. Moreover, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, Annex 1 concerning criteria for the classification of waste.
