Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Baden-Württemberg Waste Disposal Law of 15 October 1996 and the Federal Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act of 27 September 1994 (BGBl. I S. 2705). In particular, the Annex of the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to waste collection and waste disposal authorities responsible for developing and implementing plans to deal with municipal waste. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
