Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Hop Act of 21 October 1996 (BGBl. I p. 1530). Articles 1 to 3 lay down provisions relating to cultivation areas in the Land Baden-Württemberg. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals with the following matters: certifying organs, attestation, competent authorities, competence and participation of hop associations and entry into force.
