Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Waterways Act of 2 April 1968 (BGBl. II p. 173). Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance limits the navigation of watercrafts in the nature reserve Helgoland in order to preserve the diversity of geological phenomena with its habitats of wild plants and wild animals including their communities and habitats. The text consists of 6 articles.
