Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Environmental Impact Assessment Act of 2 February 1990 (BGBl I p. 205). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the nomination of the competent authority in Bavaria to enforce the afore-mentioned Federal Act efficiently and correctly. The text consists of 3 articles.
