Abstract
An Ordinance to ensure the quality of bananas within the EU. The competent authority is the Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food. Before the first unloading takes place, the appropriate party has to forward data relating to the cargo of bananas expected to arrive. At the end the Ordinance sets out the penalties in case of violation. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles.
