Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Law of 13. August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes the competent authority responsible for the efficient enforcement of the Federal Mining Act. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Competences under the Federal Mining Act (1); Transfer of power to issue Mining Ordinances (2);Competences under the Deposit Act (3); Competences under the Mining Surveyor Act (4); Entry into force, repeal (5).
