Abstract
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the Agreement of 20 January 2009 between the government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the government of the Republic of Austria on the trans-boundary shipment of waste pursuant to Article 30 of Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 on shipment of waste is hereby put into effect. The text consists of 2 articles.
