Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Single Farm Payment Scheme Implementing Act in its version of 26 July 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1868) and the Direct Support Scheme Obligations Act of 21 July 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1763, 1767). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the conservation of permanent grassland. The text – consisting of 4 articles – deals with the following aspects: value of permanent pasture, land parcel identification, empowerment to issue legislation and entry into force.
