Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to implement, inter alia, the Milk Quality Ordinance of 9 July 1980 (BGBl. I p. 878, 1081). The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Competences (1); Authorization of sampling devices (2); Quality characteristics, number of samples and evaluation (3); Additional quality features (4); Entry into force (5).
