Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310). In particular, the Ordinance establishes the Ministry of Economy, Technology and Transport as competent authority responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 4 articles.
