Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Plant Protection Act (BGBl. I p. 972) in its version of 14 May 1998. Article 1 establishes that aircrafts may only be used for the application of plant protection products if requirements under articles 2 to 4 are met. The text consists of 6 articles.
