Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Ecological Production Act of 7. December 2008 (BGBl. I p. 2358). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act implementing the Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 on ecological production. The text consists of 2 articles.
