Abstract
An Ordinance to protect human beings and the environment from harmful substances used in plant protection products. Annex 2 contains a list of substances not to be used in the production of pesticides. Article 2 deals with specific regulations for potatoes. Finally, the Ordinance outlines the penalties in case of violations. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles and 3 Annexes.
