Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the construction of protective plants against flooding. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Introductory provisions (I); Provisions concerning construction of flood protection plants (II); Provisions concerning operating and maintenance (III); Persons responsible for flood protection (IV); Penalties (V); Final provisions (VI).
