Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Baden-Württemberg Forestry Law of 31 August 1995. In particular, article 1 establishes that the counselling shall help private forest owners to ensure all infrastructural services of their forests. The advice given by the lower forest authorities is free of charge. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Counselling (1); Services (2); Other services (3); Contributions towards the costs (4); Compensation of costs (5); Entry into force (6).
