Abstract
The purpose of the present Law is to transpose into German law the Directive 2003/35/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council providing for public participation in respect of the drawing up of certain plans and programmes relating to the environment and amending with regard to public participation and access to justice Council Directives 85/337/EEC and 96/61/EC of 26 May 2003. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the amendment of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Water Law of 30 November 1992 and the Environmental Impact Assessment Law. The text consists of 3 articles.
