Abstract
The Regulation provides for the ban on the non-commercial keeping of certain dangerous animals in Berlin to protect the public from potentially dangerous animals and to ensure that these animals are kept appropriately and responsibly. The Regulation stipulates that the sale of these dangerous animals for non-commercial keeping is prohibited in Berlin, unless they are sold to approved facilities or persons with an exemption permit. Administrative offences are also defined, while the competent authority can grant exemptions from the ban on keeping animals under certain conditions. The text consists of 4 Articles.
