Abstract
This Regulation provides rules for water testing facilities, wastewater analyses as well as sample collections; excluding testing for drink water. Article 2 outlines the testing facility equipments, location, quality management system, and liability insurance for the defined area of examination. The text further provides for requirements for the reliability and expertise of the head of the testing facility; number and expertise of the staff; duties of the testing facility; approval; and scope of accreditation. The text consists of 10 Articles.
