Abstract
The Ordinance provides for requirements for residential and part-ownership land registers. In the registry filing issues related to co-ownership share, size and different parts of the property, separate ownership associated with the co-ownership should be mentioned. The text further elaborates on the allocated rights to the ownership. The text consists of 11 Articles (Article 7 is deleted) and has 4 Annexes.
