Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Rheinland-Pfalz Water Law in its version of 4 March 1983. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment of an Reporting Service in case of harmful water damage deriving from water-polluting substances. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Setting-up of an Alert Service (1); Tasks (2); Check-points (3); Accident report (4); Reporting procedures (5); Reporting (6); Reporting plans (7); Exercises (8); Entry into force (9).
