Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Plant Protection Ordinance in its version of 14 May 1998 (BGBl. I p. 971, 1527, 3512). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transfer of competences under the afore-mentioned Act in the sphere of plant protection. The text consists of 4 articles.
