Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Rheinland-Pfalz Nature Protection Law of 28 September 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment of interventions in nature and landscape. Article 1 lists such interventions, as for example erection or restructuring of buildings, excavation of minerals, etc. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex.
