Rheinland-Pfalz Port Security Law.

The present Law enforces, inter alia, the Regulation (EC) No. 725/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on enhancing ship and port facility security of 31 March 2004. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to improvement of port security in port facilities in Rheinland-Pfalz. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Executing provisions on enhancement of security in port facilities (2); Executing provisions on enhancement of security in ports (3); Reliability check and data protection provisions (4); Penalties, costs and final provisions (5).
