Abstract
The purpose of the present Law is to ensure the contribution of the Land, municipalities, local authorities and other inspection offices to the prevention and environmental-friendly waste disposal. The text consists of 33 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Duties of the public organs to promote an environmental-friendly and efficient waste management (1); Tasks and duties of competent authorities (2); Waste disposal of hazardous waste (3); Waste disposal plan and waste disposal facilities (4); Repealed (5); General provisions (6).
