Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control for waste water. The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Co-ordination of proceedings (2); Application forms (3); Minimum content of permission (4); Participation of the public and access to information (5); Transboundary authorities and participation of the public (6); Surveillance and control of permit (7); Reporting of disturbances and accidents (8); Existing waste water discharges facilities and direct discharge (9); Entry into force (10).
