Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Sachsen-Anhalt Water Law in its version of 12 April 2006. In particular, the purpose of the Ordinance is to enforce efficiently the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council 2006/87/EC laying down technical requirements for inland waterway vessels and repealing Council Directive 82/714/EEC of 12 December 2006. The text consists of 49 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Navigation (2); Ports, storage places, loading and unloading, handling facilities (3); Final provisions (4).
