Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Aircraft Noise Act (BGBl. I p. 2550). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the designation of authorities responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in Saxony. The text consists of 3 articles.
