Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Hazardous Goods Transport Ordinance - Road, Rail and Inland Waterways of 16 November 2011 and the Hazardous Goods Transport Act in its version of July 2009 (BGBl. I p. 1774, 3975). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficien enforcement of the afore-mentioned Acts and Ordinances in the Free State of Saxony. The text consits of 3 articles.
