Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Pollutant Release Transfer Register Law of 22 August 2012 and the Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register of 6 June 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation. The text consists of 2 articles.
